This fully furnished property is available on a month-to-month basis. Linens, towels, and toiletries are NOT provided for monthly rentals. Utilities are included. This unit requires a refundable security deposit and additional fees (inquire for more information). Mandatory inspections of the unit are performed monthly.
Security Deposit of $3000
Guests are allowed to bring a max of 1 pet. Only a dog or cat are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $500. There are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are not permitted on the living room furniture. All pets must be crated when the guest leaves and the pets are left inside the home, unattended. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property to perform services if pets are not crated. Failure to comply with the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges, or even eviction.
Bella Sirena is located on the second row just a 2 minute walk from the beach, making it a prime vacation spot! Bella Sirena is now a pet friendly beach house. This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions like Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Vineyards Winery, Hamburger Joes, and so much more! These attractions are about a 10 minute drive from the house!
