This home is a SHORT/MEDIUM TERM RENTAL available for monthly rental only (3 months minimum lease). THE MONTHLY RENT IS NEGOTIBLE...THE LONGER YOU RENT, THE BETTER WE CAN DO ON THE MONTHLY RENT RATE. This is a short term rental, and as such the total rent is due in full prior to the start of the rental period. If you cannot do this, please do not respond to this ad. All utilities included- including cable TV and internet with Wi-Fi. Available to rent for multiple months. The security deposit amount is in addition to monthly rent amount and is fully refundable if there is no damage to the property. Security deposit is equal to 1 1/2 months rent. We also have a cleaning fee of $225 that is not included in the monthly rent amount. Small dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit.
