Does the apartment need some work,it does. It is very livable while the work is getting done. yes it absolutely is.
It needs paint in the great room. It needs flooring in the master bedroom and kitchen. It needs a good cleaning and clean out, there are also quite a few things that can be sold during the clean out or you can feel free to use them and it needs some gutter work on the outdoor deck.
That being said the rent is extremely affordable for this area and I'm allowing for that because of the work that needs to be done. I'm not gonna raise the rent when the work is done it's not that kind of situation. That being said the rent price is firm and extremely fair because it's also all inclusive meaning no utilities to pay. You may have to buy some of the materials and I may supply some again this is why the rent is so low.
The audacity of some people is astounding. I know of a one bedroom one bath apartment around the corner for $2400 a month with a waiting list and no pets.
