Two planes, selling as a set. These are the 2000 Wings of Texaco planes, the regular red issue and the very rare and hard to find silver special edition.
This aircraft, an amphibian, was one of a hundred plus aircraft flown by Texaco over its history.
This is #8 in the series. Issued in 2000. Only 5,000 were made.
Manufactured by Ertl Collectibles.
Contructed mainly in metal. Approximately 1:28 scale. 11" wingspan, 9" length.
Pristine condition. Removed from boxes only for pictures.
A great gift. These are also coin banks, making them cross collectible. The windscreen raises up to accept coins which can be removed underneath the fuselage.
Pet and smoke free household.
