1974 Ericson 25 sloop. Trailorable ( no trailor is included in this listing, but I have trailored it in the past) with a custom made swing keel.
Bottom is good, hard paint. Bottom is kept covered when she is in water with a custom sling. Cockpit and motor are also kept covered.
She has been docked on lakes and I have sailed her coastal and to Bahamas. 1 or 2 folks can stay comfortably on her.
8hp Yamaha longshaft outboard low miles, extra prop included. Head system upgraded and replaced in 2014, 2 anchors with chain and line, 100w solar system runs bilge and mast lights, shore power installed, radio, bilge pump. Original Ericson main sailwith newer jib, storm jib and spinnaker. 2 deck awnings. All lines and sheets included.
New Intex 8' dinghy with hard transom and paddles.
Next upkeep: 2 mast bulbs need replacement, silicone replacement around windows, etc, freshwater intake hose needs replacing.
