This is an extremely rare JOYCE 5 Ton Railroad Jack, reason its rare it is very unlikely you will find a Joyce 5 ton that is mechanical up n down. Ive been dealing with these Railroad jacks for decades and this is the only 1 that I have ever come across. This is a great collectors piece and who ever gets this I hope they take real good care of it.
