Oak Security boxes, Built from 3/4" Patriot Blondewood. Stained "Golden Oak" on the exterior and Coated with 2 coats of Grey concrete floor paint. I used 17 ga. diamond plate to bump protect the lower outside of the box. The bottome was painted with two coats of Grey Floor Paint and covered with 1/4" of Epoxy. The remainder of the box finish is coated with 5 coats of Polyurethane. I cut two grooves on the inside of the box and installed a slide-in divider. One has steel handles ane one has wooden handles. They both come with key lock capability. The uses that are possible for these are only limited by your imagination. I built one for myself a couple years ago and I use is for all of my wooden sign making tools and templates. I can see this as a good unit to save and secure various type of collectables. Maybe a great box for the back seat of the truck to store your Bass boat electronics, or job related electronics. Great boxes. I built them, I can make modifications if you are intertested in that. These are the only two I have at the time, $150 each, I am building more. I also have about 20 other varioius boxes that Built, will be posting soon. The others are smaller and have beautiful metal trimming.
