Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Professionals to provide cleaning services for vacation rental properties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for self-motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining hospitality-level cleanliness standards.
Contractors will be responsible for completing property turnovers between guest stays, ensuring each rental is clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of vacation rental properties between guest departures and arrivals ( SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY)
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed
Change linens, make beds, and prepare properties to guest-ready standards
Restock guest amenities and notify management of low inventory when applicable
Complete turnover checklists and ensure all cleaning standards are met
Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns promptly
Meet scheduled turnover deadlines and maintain reliable communication
Maintain professional appearance and conduct while representing the business
Contractor Requirements
Must provide your own reliable vehicle and transportation
Must supply your own cleaning equipment and cleaning products
Must have a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and photos if needed
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks
Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on booking demand
Preferred Experience
Vacation rental / Airbnb turnover experience
Hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience
Experience working independently as a contractor
