Hi,
It's a nice townhouse that needs a regular cleaning, including floors, windowsills, door frames, light switches, etc. There is some handy work, if you're interested.... some touch up painting, hanging a picture, etc.
The downstairs floors are wood laminate and ceramic, including the 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen. I have a carpet cleaner for the upstairs, that is 1 bedroom, the stairs and the 4+ rugs. There is a bedroom that will need to be cleaned occasionally but it's mostly the common areas.
SUPPLIES
I've injured my shoulder so if you have a good vacuum, please bring it. Mine doesn’t work so well. You'll need to bring any cleaners and other supplies. I do have some finishing supplies, like floor shine and carpet shampoo that will need to be done.
PORCH
The back porch will need swept, hosed down and occasionally weeds pulled around the edge. The edge is about 6 inches wide and about 15 feet long.
PAY
Experience preferred. It pays $17 per hour. 3.5 hours, every 3 weeks.
