I got a new replacement shaver through Norelco but shaver did not work and I returned it to Norelco. The charging station is what they told me I could keep. I can not use, bought a different shaver. So Charging station only is up for sale.
NEVER USED for Cleaning, but charging station tested and works for charging shaver.
The Philips Norelco 1006 Jet Clean System is suitable for older Philips Norelco shavers with a Jet Clean System such as the Series 8000 (e.g., 8900, 8700), and some SensoTouch models, like the Shaver 6900. It is incompatible with newer models that use the Quick Clean Pod or SmartClean system. To confirm compatibility, check your shaver for a small hole in the center of the pentagonal shaving heads and hold the shaver upside down; if an automatic cleaning program animation appears on the display, it likely uses a different system.
How to Identify Compatibility
Check your shaver's model: Look for the specific model number.
Examine the shaving heads: The older 1006 Jet Clean System is for shavers with a small hole in the center of their pentagonal shaving heads.
Look for the Jet Clean button: If your shaver has a dedicated "Jet Clean" or "Smart Clean" button or a dedicated cleaning base, it's likely compatible.
