For sale is a great condition area rug and office chair mat. They were used in a non-smoking, child and pet free home, in a home office. The office chair rode on a plastic laminate mat so there are no wear marks on the carpet at all. Have since retired and no need for an office so selling area rug and chair mat separately.

The area rug measures 8' x 11' and has been recently cleaned. Selling for $200.00 or best offer.

The office chair mat measures 45" x 52" and has no visible marks from wear. Top side is smooth with beveled edges, and the underside has nubs to grab carpet. Selling for $25.00.
