I did Turbo Fire when it first came out and it works fast for weight loss. I recently finished Country Heat the beginning of this month. It does make you sweat and I lost a few inches. I don’t know nothing about the other workout programs. I am currently working my way through all of them. I bought a DVD bundle on eBay and this were the duplicates that were remaining that I don’t need.
