We have a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, living/dining combo, full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, outdoor patio with table and chairs, on the first floor. The unit has recently been upgraded with new flooring, as well as bathroom counters and showers have all been redone. There is an elevator and outdoor storage underneath the building for you to store your bicycles, beach umbrellas, ice chests, beach chairs, etc...so no need to cart your belongs upstairs. Parking onsite with extra parking a block away, at no charge.
All you need to bring are your personal items, all bedding, towels, etc are all in the unit.
It is also listed in RCI if you choose to deposit your week with them to exchange if you wish..which would be up to you to sign up with RCI if you choose to do so. You can contact them to discuss fees, etc.

We are selling this unit as our children and grandchildren are extremely busy with school and sports and no longer have the availability to utilize the unit.
