2001 Simplicity Tractor with 48' mowing deck. 25 Horse, and a Kohler engine. We have had this since 2011, and it runs fine; we are just looking for something smaller. Have replaced the fuel pump several times, and the deck engagement switch. The seat is ripped, but we have a cover on it. The front left tire does have a slow leak that holds for about 3 days. The odometer is broken, so we are unsure of the miles, but this has only been used for routine property mowing weekly. Reads what it did when we purchased it. $3250k OBO.
