I could really use some community support right now.
I’m a 100% disabled veteran, currently in treatment at the VA in Dublin, GA. I was evicted from my apartment at Sunscapes Apartments on Veterans Day, even though I paid my rent. The judge has ruled that no eviction will be placed on my record and that I owe the apartment nothing — as long as everything is cleared out by this Tuesday.
I can’t physically be there to move my belongings, and I don’t want everything to go to waste.
Everything inside the apartment is FREE to whoever can pick it up.
• Bed frame and furniture
• Appliances
• Household items
• Lots of good items that shouldn’t be thrown away
If anyone is willing to stop by, pick things up, or help coordinate getting the apartment cleared, I would be incredibly grateful. I’m just trying to move forward and keep this hard-earned win.
I love Jesus, and even though this situation was unfair, I’m choosing to stay positive and trust God. If you can help — or know someone who can — please reach out. You’ll be helping a veteran protect the record he fought to keep clean.
