It blows my mind that ChatGPT insists that irrigation is a thing here in Myrtle Beach! Y'all really install irrigation here? It's like a rainforest here compared to Tucson!
But yeah, I wanna put my hat in the ring for your business. I am an irrigation specialist in a place where installing irrigation incorrectly means killing the thousands of dollars worth of plants you just installed. -No question about it, getting a system wrong in Tucson = death.
I understand all the aspects of irrigation and thoroughly enjoy building a new system from scratch. That said, I can fix damn near anything as well. I can sweat copper, build manifolds, run poly/PVC with ports or direct from poly.

As far as lighting goes... THE BEST IMPROVEMENT you can make for your yard is low-voltage lighting. It'll cost you $2500 to do a yard the right way, minimum, but the impact is absolutely insane. I've had countless clients think 20 lights sounded like too many, only to ask me for 25 more after the first 20 went in.
