Experienced finish carpenter/finisher wanted for work across Horry County and Georgetown County. Work includes interior trim, exterior trim, siding, drywall, caulking, and painting. Pricing accepted per half day, daily, hourly, or per job. Subcontractors only.
Scope of Work
• Interior trim: base, casing, crown, built ins, finish carpentry.
• Exterior trim and siding: installation and finishing details.
• Drywall repairs and touch up primarily but may include hanging, taping, and finishing to a high standard.
• Caulking and painting repairs and touch up primarily but may include prep, caulk, prime, paint.
• Provide timely estimates for half day, daily, or hourly work.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Must supply your own tools.
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Horry and Georgetown counties and ability to haul materials.
• Proven experience in finish carpentry, siding, drywall, caulking, and painting.
• Must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage before starting work.
• Must provide a completed 2026 W 9 prior to first payment.
• References from recent finish work preferred.
