Janitorial cleaning for HOA common areas (horry county)
Alliance Property Services is a common area property service company interested in adding
team members to the Janitorial maintenance division.
The position includes responsibilities of maintaining the building hallways,
lighting, parking lots, pools and common area hallways, stairwells, elevators.
(no interior units)
There are full time and part time year around positions available.
Pay Scale is $18+ depending on experience. There is room for growth.
We train and provide uniforms and all equipment.
Vacation pay is given after a year of full employment.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, be familiar with small equipment such as blowers and vacuum cleaners.
