What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with residential installation projects
Use hand and power tools
Load/unload materials
Help keep job sites organized and professional
Learn measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation techniques
Follow safety procedures and directions on-site
What We’re Looking For
Basic tool knowledge or construction experience
Reliable transportation
Dependable and on time
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Positive attitude and good communication
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous construction or trade experience
Experience measuring, cutting, or installing materials
Desire to learn a skilled trade long term
