Short-term Rental Property Management company Beachy Keen Vacations is in search of a seasoned, mature, responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Field Operator starting immediately.
Main duties are quality-checking rental units (houses and condos) prior/after guest stays in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach.
Duties include, but not limited to: replacing lightbulbs and air filters, tightening/replacing handles/knobs, checking for leaks, door keypad troubleshooting, tv remote programming, cleaning gas grills, blowing off decks/patios, putting out trash, updating resort parking passes for guests, fulfilling guest requests on the spot and photographing and organizing data from any damages/repair issues.
Must be presentable to guests as interaction is sometimes required. Outstanding communication skills are a must. Reliable vehicle is a must.

Main Hours: 10am-4pm but varies based on Guest needs. Total of 15-30 hours per week. Must be available to work some weekend shifts (based on need and amount of reservations) Compensation: $20 per hour
