rosewood fretboard....looks like it is all fender licensed

I just have no desire to learn how to play it
I don't know to much about the guitar, but who ever built the guitar
had a lot of money in it, Warmoth parts are not cheap
I got it in a trade for some studio work
Very quiet pick ups, stays in tune great, no fret wear.
