The SR905 is a five string Sound Gear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2004. It was produced in South Korea in 2005. The SR905 features neck-through-body construction on figured maple wings with curved top attached to a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone oval position markers and a matching headstock. Components include an Accu-Cast B25 fixed bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, and a pair of Bartolini MK1 active pickup's channeled through a Bartolini MK1 3-Band EQ, a plastic nut, Die-cast tuning machines and cosmo black hardware.
