Job Summary:
The primary responsibility is to support all Concierge Services initiatives and provide bookkeeping support to the Director of Finance, Accounting, & HR.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Concierge Services
o Maintain appointment schedule and Concierge Services calendar.
o Coordinate transportation for resident appointments.
o Drive residents to events, activities, and appointments.
o Create fliers and sign-ups for events, activities, and programs.
o Maintain and create content for video display monitor.
o Assist with planning, set up, break down, and hosting events, activities, and programs.
o Adjust weekly work schedule to accommodate occasional night and weekend special events and activities.
o Assist with setting up and taking down seasonal decorations.
o Assist in laundry and housekeeping departments as needed.
o Provide Front Desk/Receptionist break and vacation coverage.
o Assist with filing, organization, calendars, correspondence, Talk of the Towers, and various other administrative tasks.
o Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Finance, Accounting, & HR
o Process and maintain accurate and up to date documentation for all required W9, COL, and I9 records.
o Assist with the processing and mailing of HOA dues invoices.
o Process all resident charges in QuickBooks.
o Track, reconcile, code, and enter monthly credit card charges.
o Maintain accurate employee records in Employee Database.
o Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, QuickBooks, and similar software programs.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior bookkeeping and resident activities experience preferred.
