We are seeking an experienced assistant with three to five years of recent experience, answering telephones, production of correspondence, documentation, making travel arrangements, operating office equipment, collections, billing, basic accounting tasks and material orders.
Experience: Clerical and computer experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Previous experience as Administrative Assistant or Executive Secretary preferred. Satisfactory references from present and/or
previous employers. Able to type 40 wpm with no errors.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent
