What You’ll Do as a Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and guests leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising team members during your shift to maintain a high-energy, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) to oversee daily operations and address any challenges that arise.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed.
• Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance management as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility to create a positive experience for guests.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and dependable individual who can step into a leadership role with confidence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• A passion for creating a fun and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
