I'm 32 years old, currently living in Myrtle Beach (SC) and have been working in real estate for the past 5 years as a jack of all trades; property management, maintenance, construction, office work, ect.
I’m an individual (not a company) looking to get started with my first rental property. I was thinking about starting with a low-cost house in Jacksonville (FL) but I’m open to other cities if the numbers make sense.
I’m interested in buying or partnering on a property that can be rented out, with me handling management, upkeep, and tenants. I’m open to creative financing options or joint ventures as long as everything is transparent and legitimate. (Open to seller financing, private loans, ect.)
