With twenty years of maintenance experience in government entities and large institutions, I am looking for a part-time position maintaining a property something like a daycare, motel property, doctors office or church. If you have a property that can use someone 20-25 hours per week I have a strong knowledge of building mechanicals (electrical, plumbing, troubleshoot AC related issues and janitorial). In a few of my past experiences I was responsible for ordering supplies while sticking with a cost/budget expense for materials.
