We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and highly organized professional to handle both front-store customer service and E-commerce operations. You will act as the right-hand support system. This role ensures smooth communication between the office, the installation field teams, and our valued clients.
What You’ll Do
• Customer Care: Greet customers, share product recommendations, ring up sales, and handle returns.
• Shop Operations: Schedule vehicle installations/repairs, write price estimates, and generate quotes.
• Inventory Control: Track stock, enter data, receive shipments, and manage e-commerce fulfillment.
• Merchandising: Stock shelves, maintain displays, and stay updated on product trends and promotions.
• Upkeep: Keep both the retail store and shop areas clean, safe, and organized.
What We’re Looking For
• Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and highly communicative.
• Skills: Exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience: Retail, customer service, or e-commerce experience is required.
• Requirements: Must be 21 or older with a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Physical: Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Position Details
• Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
• Compensation: Salary based on experience
