We currently live in Avalon and have been renting from a property management company (Tricon/Pathlight) for the last 4 years. We recently received notice that they will be selling the home at the end of our lease (End of July).
Our oldest son will be a senior next year - so we'd really like to stay in the same school district.

Excellent rental and income history
Pets: Just 1 small dog (trained, never has accidents). I’m happy to pay pet deposit.
