Parking for one vehicle available in designated driveway spot. Internet and utilities included, all included in monthly payment. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry access available. We have pets, well trained and clean but we're not looking to add more pets to the house. Five minutes from downtown historic Conway and fifteen minutes to Coastal Carolina University.
Valid ID and proof of income required. Security deposit of $580 and first month of rent due on move in. Room is a standard bedroom size and comes furnished.
