Room is carpeted - queen size bed with pillow topper -nightstand dresser - closet. LG flat screen I can put in there too if you want. Full size bathroom with walk-in shower.
Condo is 3bed 2bath unit - no current roommates. The 3rd room is basically being used for storage at the moment but I am not looking to rent it out. Condo doesn't tow in parking lot but I do have a guest pass somewhere.
Looking for a roommate with no animals, no bf/gf (someone staying over night with you here), no smoking, no drugs, cleanliness, and no violent charges on record.
