Clean townhouse with 2.5 baths and a cleaning person every few weeks for the common areas.
The space has plenty of privacy. The upstairs bedroom is located at the end of the hall - it's comfortable and semi-furnished with a twin bed and big-screen TV. It overlooks a small garden and fills with natural light, with wood blinds for when you prefer shade. The shared upstairs bathroom is modern, relaxing, and clean.
LOCATION & BUS: Located on a quiet dead-end street near 38th Ave N & Kings Hwy (Oak), close to a bus-stop.
Walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Walmart is only a few blocks away, and Pepper Geddings Recreation Center is basically right around the corner. St. Andrews is at the end of the street, with the baseball stadium and TopGolf nearby. Broadway at the Beach is just about a mile away.
ME: I’m a laid-back, hard-working professional — and a bit of a gamer. I value privacy, cleanliness, kindness, laughter, and faith.
YOU: Tattoos and such don’t bother me. If you’re clean, courteous, employed full-time, take care of yourself, and pay on time, you’ll feel right at home here. No hard criminals, no drug addicts, and no heavy drinking. If you drink a lot or do drugs, you won’t be happy here and you won’t last here.
This home is for someone who believes in working and wants to enjoy a peaceful, wonderful life they can afford — someone looking for home.
