Living room area is now a bedroom area with a round bed and a very fancy lace no-see-through privacy curtain around the entire round bed. When you open the curtain, the bed doubles as a round sofa. You can use the entire first floor of this three story townhouse. $500 a month includes all utilities. Washer and dryer is outside in the shed on the porch. Outdoor grill can be used. Full kitchen (shared withe the two guys upstairs, but the first floor person controls the hours the kitchen is available). 75 inch TV for you to use exclusively. Two desks. One large dresser. Two closets. Your own private bathroom with toilet and sink. (You are the only person in the townhouse with your own private bathroom.)
