Renting a private bedroom and bathroom in my manufactured home, with your own back entrance with private deck, looking for one person, with no overnight guests, looking for long-term renter only. Must be at your employment over one year, vehicle must run quietly do to HOA, you have (refrigerator and microwave privileges), it's a quiet neighborhood, 2 mi from the Airport, 1 mi from Coastal Grand Mall, 2 mi from center of town, 1 mi back from the beach in a non flood zone. Please Non-smoker and non-vapor, no pets at all. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and animal dander. Non-tolerant of any drugs or habitual alcohol. TY. Someone who's gainfully employed outside the home, Please work second shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. so we are compatible. Also responsible for half water and half electricity. You can't live at the beach this cheap LOL.
