Seeking roommate to share house on Forestbrook. Available immediately. Convenient location- 10 minutes to beach, mall, airport, Broadway, 15 to CCU. House and room are fully furnished. House looks like a regular brick ranch on the outside. Inside- lots of colorful, boho character, art on every wall. This house has a soul. Three roommates and two dogs live here, looking for the right fourth.

Must be clean, respectful, responsible, and fully capable of paying rent on time. No pets (the two we have are enough). No drama, No smoking inside.
