Hello again! Joe here - your friendly, experienced, Microsoft Certified, volunteer computer tech. When I freshly install Microsoft Windows on any PC, I purposely set it up to be secure, responsive, private, and user-friendly.
This time I have a Dell Vostro 3888 with an Intel i5-10400, 6-core processor (CPU). It has 8 gigabyte (GB) of system memory, a 256GB solid state drive (Toshiba NVMe SSD), and a 500GB hard drive (HDD). Windows 11 Pro is installed with a few choice utilities.
The installed video card (Nvidia Quadro P620) is certified to work with AutoCAD 2026 but can play games with simpler graphics (Roblox, Minecraft, Etc.) Also, if you need Microsoft Office, ask me about it.
The unit requires a monitor with a DisplayPort (DP) connection. (I've provided the cable.) You'll also need a mouse, keyboard, and most importantly, a SURGE PROTECTOR (not just a power strip). It connects to the Internet through Wi-Fi or a network cable. I will include the power cord and as always, am happy to field any questions!
Please, serious inquiries only. Price is firm unless you are a young person. Whiteville is approximately an hour from Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, and Fayetteville.
