as there is immediate opportunity to lead small repair teams and run job sites independently.
Requirements: Must bring your own tools.
Transportation: Reliable truck or vehicle to get to job sites in the North Myrtle Beach / Little River area.
Experience: Deep knowledge of residential roofing (shingles, flashing, leak troubleshooting).
Leadership: Ability to manage a small crew and ensure quality work is highly preferred.
Physical: Able to lift 80+ lbs. and work safely at heights in local weather conditions.
Job Responsibilities: Perform roof tear-offs, dry-ins, shingle installations, and detailed repairs.
Oversee and direct helpers or laborers on the crew. (if qualified).
Maintain a clean, professional job site from start to finish.
