32’ 8” long, 12’ 4” high, 9,498 lbs, 53 gal fresh water, 40 gal waste water, 80 gal gray water, 2- 30 lbs LPG. Three slides, spacious living and sleeping areas, many options including: fold-out living room couch, new love seat recliner, dinette table and 4 chairs, two TVs (living room and bedroom), electric fireplace, gas/electric hot water heater, gas/electric furnace with floor and ceiling ductwork/vents, 15K BTU air conditioner, 4 door large gas/electric refrigerator, electric rear stabilizers, power awning. Living room flooring including floor joists and supports have been replaced, and tires have been replaced. Hot water heater has been repaired.

Original/first owner, bought new in 2013 from Camping World, Myrtle beach. Have all sales receipts and equipment documentation. Trailer has been well serviced and maintained, and everything is in very good working order. Trailer has been stored at Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrtle Beach, SC, and will be available for showing at the campground March 18 to April 23, 2026.
