This recently renovated house, which is the downstairs section of a duplex, offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full size beds and queen sofa bed). Additional features include fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, grill, and washer and dryer and hot tub! Excessive sand or rocks in hot tub will result in $100 cleaning fee.
