GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A vacation beach house overlooking the surf, this two-story, four bedrooms, three baths beach house is in Ocean Lakes & is conveniently situated less than 40 yards from the beach. A minute to the water park & lazy river, indoor pool, basketball court, playground, family sports area, recreation center, miniature golf & outdoor resort pools. An on-property convenience store is within a short walk or golf cart ride.

1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Twin/Full Bunk Bedroom (four separate bedrooms) three full indoor bathrooms, one outdoor hot/cold shower.
Terms/conditions: From Mid-November 2023 to Mid-April 2024) we rent the house by the month; minimum 3 months. The amount, including utilities, $1950 per month (electric, water, garbage). THERE IS NO First/Last month's rent due initially, but I do require a $650 Refundable Security Deposit and a one-time $166 Damage Policy that covers up to $1500 in accidental damages/breakage to retain the rental. Exit cleaning is required and you must pay our cleaning service to do the exit cleaning; usually $200-$250. Payments are due three days prior to the beginning of each month and the first month will be prorated, if necessary. If you want to pay the rent in advance, I will discount the rental amount. There is a $100 charge by Ocean Lakes for each vehicle. This covers the identifying sticker for each car to enter the facility through the gated entrance.
To summarize the expenses: The house will cost you approximately $1950 per month. For two vehicles the initial payment is $1016 plus prorated rental and includes the $650 refundable deposit. If you want to pay the rental every two weeks, I'll set up a schedule for those payments.
You may have guests - you're renting the house - but you may have no more than 9 total occupants overnight. You may approve guests to come into the gated area with their vehicles and park at the house. You may not sublet.
THE FACILITIES: We are in a gated, secured complex and we have amenities like indoor heated pool, discounted golf/tennis privileges, on-site water park (limited opening during winter months), planned recreation activities, Sunday worship services and so on...
GROUND LEVEL: Hot/cold outside shower, grill and a ground deck with parking under the house for up to three cars.
ACTIVITIES: This 24-hour gated resort is close to great restaurants in Myrtle Beach, Surfside & Murrels Inlet. Off-property entertainment options include Ripley's Aquarium, Margaritaville and water activities for the enthusiasts.
Golf and Tennis Packages: Prestwick Country Club is a sister company and located just minutes away. You may get discounted golf or tennis packages from the owners. To view the golf course or inquire about tennis lessons and court reservations, visit the Prestwick Country Club website.
THE HOUSE: We have our own Wi-Fi, full size (new) washer & dryer, and stainless-steel kitchen. Some pictures and complete descriptions of each room can be found www.VRBO.com/178190ha. The upper bedrooms may be closed off to create a one-floor, 900 sq ft one queen bed/bedroom house. We are a 30-second walk to the beach and have a partial ocean view.
