I have a 5 star condo in Myrtle Beach on Ocean Blvd in South Myrtle Beach (approx 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach). It has just been completely renovated. Please don’t email me with last minute requests.
This has a 1 bedroom that sleeps 2 that is perfect for a couple. You don't need to take anything but
your toothbrush and clothes. Everything else is furnished. This is absolutely beautiful with a great view of the ocean. The resort just did a total upgrade with new everything in the units.
I am renting this for $250/night. This 1 bedroom usually rents for $300/night. Last minute availability is probably not possible but if you want to spend the summer at the beach I will rent on first come, first serve basis. July 4th holiday is usually already booked but the more notice you provide, the better chance you have.
Email me with your weekly (flexible) schedule that you might want and I will check with my timeshare to see if it is available.

Seaglass is a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also a full size sleeper in the living room that sleeps 2 small children. It has an indoor pool and hot tub.
Carolina Grande is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed. It also has a queen sleeper sofa and was just totally upgraded. It has an outdoor pool and hot tub.
I will need certified funds before I book the room(s). Also needed is a signed rental agreement for any damages and the cancellation policy for the reservation.
