***Studio Efficiency is in Tower I (an outside tower) & is on the corner of the building so ocean views are wider..

*** Electronic Keypad Door Lock with Handle for trusted entry New September 2025 - we will give you a passcode. Chain lock on inside of studio door for extra safety.
***We have a reliable handy man we've used for 15 years at the beach should you have any problems. Our 2 sons live in Wilmington NC only about 1 hour north-they help with management and cleaning.

***18 On Site Water Features. Fabulous 600 foot indoor and outdoor Pool Decks!! 2 lazy rivers, pools, kiddie pools, and hot tubs. Our tower has a really large indoor hot tub(see the picture).

***There are 3 elevators and our studio is in Tower I which is right on the beach, so walk to the beach is very easy.
