House is for vacation weekly rentals (Sat to Sat) only with house owners and 1 cat living there (private rooms with shared quarters). Only the upstairs & some downstairs 3BR/2.5BA portion of our house is available for weekly vacation rent, sleeps 6 max. & pet friendly (1-2 cats and 1-2 dogs). 1 king bed in 1 upstairs BR, 1 full bed in upstairs 2BR & 1 full bed futon in den. 2.5 full baths with shower, vanity, toilet and bathtub. $2500/week via major credit card info to owner and show valid drivers license to owner. You accept our home as is furnished. Each guest must sign our vacation rental agreement form before we give you our final letter with house access & 2 house keys. All other bedrooms (3) are located on 2nd floor including the large 4th bedroom/study over the garage with its own private bathroom (2 separate stair cases and 2 separate upstairs). The center of the home lies in the spacious kitchen overlooking the green / black marble fireplace, featuring built-in Butler's Buffet & China Cabinet, stainless steel appliances, an island, and an inviting eat-in area. Formal dining room seats 10 & adds an elegant touch for special occasions.
